摘要: Abstract Composite films consisting of metal inclusions various shapes embedded into a dielectric matrix were created by computer experiments using brand-new model. Obtained structures analyzed as concerns the correlation between morphological and transport properties (the percolation threshold). It was found that inclusion (ellipsoids) arrangements (columnar structures) influence threshold in such way (i) more different from spheres are, (ii) random is lower value one can expect.
