摘要: Les anti-inflammatoires non steroidiens (AINS) sont la classe de medicaments plus frequemment utilisee, que ce soit sur prescription medicale ou « over the counter » (OTC). Leur utilisation est basee une administration empirique avec un monitoring clinique qui permet juger l’efficacite et toxicite. La reponse individuelle peut toutefois etre modulee par des facteurs pharmacocinetiques pharmacodynamiques parmi lesquels certains genetiques. Cette revue resume les principales donnees pharmacogenetiques disponibles expliquant en partie variation interindividuelle d’efficacite toxicite AINS, notamment pour le CYP2C9, uridine diphosphate glucuronosyltransferase cyclooxygenases.
