摘要: Abstract Triodontophorus serratus and nipponicus are two of the most common nematodes inhabiting in large intestine horse. In present study, complete mitochondrial (mt) genome sequences T. serratus T. nipponicus have been determined. The mt genomes circular molecules with 13,794 bp 13,701 size, respectively. These encode 36 genes, including 12 protein-coding rRNA genes 22 tRNA genes. All these transcribed same direction gene arrangements consistent that arrangement 3 (GA3-type). had non-coding regions, but T. brevicauda three. Phylogenetic relationships were reconstructed using concatenated amino acid three methods, indicating species clustered together strong statistical support. However, genera Strongylus belonged to Strongylinae do not cluster together, is more closely related Cylicocyclus insigne, nassatus, Cylicostephanus goldi (Cyathostominae) than Strongylus. findings from study provide useful genetic markers for studying molecular ecology, systematics, population genetics equine.
