摘要: Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, a common cellular stress response, is closely related to the activation of autophagy that an important and evolutionarily conserved mechanism for maintaining homeostasis. Autophagy induced by ER mainly includes stress-mediated ER-phagy. The characterized generation autophagosomes include worn-out proteins, protein aggregates, damaged organelles. While ER-phagy selectively membranes, double membranes also derive, at least in part, from ER. signaling pathways IRE1α, PERK, ATF6, Ca2+ are necessary autophagy, while receptor-mediated selective degrades Atg40/FAM134B. not only have differences, but connections. requires core machinery, may be branch targets However, determined factors control changeover switch between largely obscure, which associated with type cells extent stimulation. This review summarized crosstalk their networks. Additionally, we discussed possible influence stress.
