摘要: To satisfy customers’ and other stakeholders’ requirements, firms must develop new products that are at the same time innovative of high quality. A common belief among researchers practitioners is a strong quality focus has an adverse effect on innovativeness, but recent research seems to point in different direction. This article challenges this investigates role o f cognitive team processes developing without jeopardizing their innovativeness. Using idea ambidextrous organization, we argue simultaneously achieving product (through exploitation existing knowledge) innovativeness exploration indeed possible when cross-functional development (NPD) teams encouraged concurrently learn share knowledge. In field study, data were collected by means online survey. Data obtained from members 105 NPD analyzed using structural equation modeling SmartPLS implementation. The study shows context, learning, which traditionally been associated with exploration, significant positive effects Furthermore, knowledge sharing was found positively affect context. Surprisingly, sharing, often exclusively knowledge, also have weak No inverse between learning sharing. Knowing 2
