摘要: Co-creation of IT value has received substantial focus from the IS research community over past years. However, few if any have studied this phenomenon a process perspective, and our understanding processes leading to successful co-creation is therefore limited. To address shortcoming, we complex, e-government case involving 38 government agencies intending co-create common platform. We used mixed method approach, both qualitative quantitative data. Data analysis was guided by two strands theory, namely theory institutional entrepreneurship value. Our findings suggest that neither sufficient provide processual7 co-creation. Consequently, propose novel for entrepreneurial
