摘要: Based on the suggestions of Tampera Conference all countries have to ensure telecommunication support during kind emergency situations, catastrophes and other disasters caused by human actions or natural forces. This obligation refers state its organizational levels as well corporations organizations that perform, are part of, services country. Furthermore, relates planning, preparedness, acting, quick relief system in at same time having objective coordination, introduction acceptation regulations protocols, legal regulations.
