Adenomyosis and uterus rupture during labor.

摘要: A spontaneous uterus rupture occurred during the labour of a 37-week-pregnant woman showing precocious membranes. It appeared enlarged and cut surface myometrium showed coarse trabeculations. The histological examination hypertrophic gravidic with heterogeneous areas fibrosis adenomyosis, necrotic decidual foci hyperplastic cervical canal glands. Our experience suggests that silent uterine rupture, is possible even in absence principal risk factors.
