摘要: Supercritical fluid extraction combined with ultrasound-assisted dispersive liquid–liquid followed by gas chromatography with mass spectrometric detection was developed to analyze alkylphenols in soil samples. Various parameters that affected the recovery (such as ultrasonic time, pressure, temperature, modifier volume, and time) were evaluated. The best results achieved at time of 4 min, a pressure 300 atm, temperature 60 °C, dynamic 30 min, 100 µL methanol spiking. Under optimum conditions, good linearity obtained range 0.02–5.0 mg kg−1, limits (LODs) 0.010 mg kg−1 for all analytes. four spiked level 2.5 mg kg−1 84.69–88.75 %. performance present method evaluated analysis three real samples, satisfactory (RSDs < 6.75 %).
