摘要: The influence of hypothermia-hypoxia-hypercapnia on ornithine decarboxylase (ODC, EC 4.1.1.17) activities in rat organs and tissues also the thymocyte distribution throughout cell cycle stages was studied. state artificial hypobiosis rats decrease body temperature to 14.4–18.0°C during 3.0–3.5 h accompanied by drops ODC neocortex liver 50–60% rapidly proliferating (thymus, spleen, small intestine mucosa) 80% control value. In kidneys activity raised 200% level. Twenty-four hours after termination cooling replacing under standard conditions, neocortex, liver, kidneys, intestinal mucosa returned values, but remained decreased thymus. Forty-eight later thymus spleen exceeded normal thymocytes did not change hypothermia (hypobiosis); 24 48 fraction S stage cells G0+G1 increased. recovered 72 h. Thus, diminution preceded suppression proliferation rate. tissue-specific changes are suggested reflect adaptive functional proliferative development conditions hypothermia-hypoxia-hypercapnia.
