Design of a separable transition-diagram compiler

摘要: A COBOL compiler design is presented which compact enough to permit rapid, one-pass compilation of a large subset on moderately computer. Versions the same for smaller machines require only two working tapes plus tape. The methods given are largely applicable construction ALGOL compilers.
