摘要: The design and construction industries have an increasing interest in responsibility for a building’s environmental effects over its entire life cycle. Quantification of all building phases is important life-cycle assessments (LCAs), especially the phase, which often disregarded. This research uses input-output-based LCA framework to create more comprehensive estimate processes. hybrid model based on Carnegie Mellon University’s Economic Input-Output Life Cycle Assessment (EIO-LCA) tool combines new EIO-LCA “hybrid” interface with updated reformulated effect vectors EIO-LCA’s 13 sectors. Eight project case studies modeled input-output (I-O)-based demonstrate model’s broad applicability; gasoline, particulate matter, global warming potential generally increased across sectors studies. I-O-based...
