摘要: We report the evolution of microstructure, domain structure, and soft magnetic properties amorphous nanocrystalline Fe89-xZr11Bx(x = 0 - 10) alloys. High-resolution electron microscopy observations reveal that annealed alloys exhibit a two-phase microstructure. Addition B enhances ferromagnetic Fe–Zr phase in structured resulting good properties. Large-sized domains with smooth walls are observed below 873 K, which excellent softness. On other hand, above small-sized irregular wall pinning by compound seen. The Fe–Zr–B not only depend on mean grain size, but also strength intergranular coupling structural inhomogeneities.
