摘要: AbstractAlthough engagement in collaborative practice is reported to support the role transition and retention of new graduate (NG) nurses, it not known how promote among these nurses. This mixed methods study explored team organizational factors that may predict NG nurse practice. A total 514 nurses from Ontario, Canada completed Collaborative Practice Assessment Tool. Sixteen participated follow-up interviews.
