摘要: A 58 year old housewife with tumor shadow in the right upper lung field on chest X-ray was admitted. Marked swelling and severe arthralgia of both extremities soft tissue clubbing fingers had been presented for two years prior to admission. The radiographs bone scintigrams indicated proliferating periostitis along long bones. Bronchofiberscope showed obstruction B2a bronchus but histological diagnosis not established. Serum level CEA IAP were found be high. Soon after lobectomy, significantly improved. evaluation revealed a well differentiated adenocarcinoma primary cancer without mediastinal lymph node metastasis. Within 4 months serum normalized, periosteal changes bones regressed.
