摘要: The most widely used clinical application of Magnetic Resonance Elastography (MRE) is in the evaluation chronic liver disease (CLD). Currently, MRE accurate non-invasive technique for detection and staging fibrosis potential alternative to biopsy. a robust with excellent repeatability reproducibility stiffness. Since its introduction as tool assessment fibrosis, several indications have emerged including longitudinal follow up CLD, prediction decompensation, portal hypertension, treatment response differentiation non-alcoholic fatty (NAFL) from nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Other applications include patients receiving hepatotoxic drugs congestive hepatopathy. dynamic field ongoing improvements continued emergence newer applications.
