摘要: In a shoreline environment, the existence of local circulations, commonly known as sea/land breezes, is well documented. These circulations develop in response to differential heating and cooling at land/water interface. During daytime, land surface temperature rises rapidly due incoming solar radiation, whereas water stays almost constant its large heat capacity. The resulting pressure gradient sets up circulation cell with on-shore winds lower levels return flow upper (Figure 1). This process reversed during night time than that neighbouring body.
