摘要: Abstract The purpose of this paper is to investigate the decomposition process hydrofluoroethylene (HFC-134a) by water plasmas. plasma was generated DC arc discharge with a cathode hafnium embedded into copper rod and nozzle-type anode. advantage torch generation 100%-water discharge. distinctive steam leads portable light-weight system that does not require gas supply unit, as well high energy efficiency owing nonnecessity additional water-cooling. HFC-134a injected jet decompose it in reaction tube. Neutralization vessel combined tube absorb F2 HF from decomposition. performed changing feed rate up 185 mmol/min. 99.9% can be obtained 0.43 mmol/kJ ratio power, hence maximum estimated 160 g/h at 1 kW power.
