摘要: The paper proposes a comparison between nonlinear optimization and genetic algorithms for optimal location sizing of distributed generation in distribution network. objective function consists both power losses investment costs the methods are tested on IEEE 69-bus system. study covers proposed approaches shows importance installing right amount DG best suited location. Studies show that if units connected at non-optimal locations or have non- sizes, system may increase.
