Relationships between parent-reported parenting, child-perceived parenting, and children’s mental health in Taiwanese children

摘要: The current study examines the relationship between parents’ and children’s reports of parenting their effects on mental health symptoms. Six hundred sixty-six parent-child dyads in Taiwan participated this study. parents children filled out questionnaires, also reported general health. results demonstrated that parental-reported child-perceived were positively correlated, but tended to report lower scores authoritarian higher Chinese than did children. There significant gender differences: mothers authoritative fathers; boys perceived Chinese-culture specific girls. Moreover, had a negative effect outcomes.
