摘要: Micro milling is an appropriate technology for the flexible production of precise micro molds with complex shapes metal forming processes (e.g. deep drawing). Besides high form accuracy ball end also provides a specific surface topography which can enhance tribological behavior during processes. This paper focusing on structured surfaces generated by compared to smooth surfaces. The coefficient friction was investigated pin-on-disc test stand different materials. results tests suggest relationship between structure and friction. Finally, correlations machining parameters will be discussed.
