摘要: We analysed diel cycles of total protein, lipid and carbohydrate content seston in four seasonal sampling campaigns a tropical hypereutrophic reservoir. Physical water chemical variables taxonomic composition phytoplankton were measured parallel. Seston contents exhibited highest values during the day, while protein was at night. Carbohydrate negatively correlated with nitrate nitrite concentrations. Lipid temperature positively soluble reactive phosphorus (SRP) Protein SRP In all campaigns, biochemical to biovolume phytoplankton. However, relationships differed between seasons. dry season, relative non-dominant groups such as cyanobacteria bacillariophyceae strongly compounds seston. During rainy significant correlations detected biovolumes dominant groups, chlorophyceae euglenophyceae. conclude that fluctuations environmental conditions well changes community affected investigated. type interaction clearly influenced by seasonality this
