摘要: The crystal structure of Poly Aryl Ether Ketones (PAEKs) fabricated using a range manufacturing processes has been investigated by high resolution electron microscopy. study revealed hierarchical spherulitic structure, different from the common spherulite morphology with lamellae grown in radial direction. results show that spherulites laser sintered PAEKs are built granular blocks 75–145 nm size self-assembled along also showed composed small primary crystals approximately 20–30 combined together secondary structure. was found to be less ordered and preferentially removed during chemical etching whereas remained intact.
