摘要: This report documents the design and characterization of DNA molecular nanoarchitectures consisting artificial double crossover tiles with different geometry chemistry. The Structural unit tiles, including normal, biotinylated hairpin loop structures, are morphologically studied by atomic force microscopy. specific proton resonance individual their intra/inter nucleotide relationships verified nuclear magnetic spectroscopy 2-dimensional correlation spectral studies, respectively. Significant up-field down-field shifts in signals residues at various temperatures discussed. results suggest that artificially designed it is feasible to obtain structural information relative base sequences. These were later fabricated into 2D lattice structures for applications such as protein arrangement bulged loops or pattern generation using a structure.
