摘要: Este articulo muestra la incorporacion de mujer a formacion capital humano, su situacion laboral y como directiva en Espana, propone un conjunto teorias o enfoques que contribuyen al examen mujer. Por otra parte examina literatura referencia sobre los aspectos politicos concepcion paises capitalistas, asi sus condiciones laborales relacion con equidad (dimension etica moral) productividad economica). Distinguir ambas dimensiones clarifica las politicas publicas empresa conviene adoptar.
