摘要: We investigated the involvement of hippocampal formation and amygdala in acquisition expression amphetamine-produced conditioned place preference (CPP). Animals were four sessions that included two pairings d-amphetamine (2.0 mg/kg, s.c.) with one distinct compartments vehicle other compartment a counterbalanced manner. Animals' preferences for then tested absence amphetamine. The CPP was attenuated by preconditioning electrolytic or excitotoxic lesions lateral nucleus amygdala, but not central basolateral endopiriform nucleus, ventral hippocampus radio-frequency fornix-fimbria. When damaged after conditioning, animals failed to express an CPP. These results demonstrate is mediated intrinsic neurons neither nor amygdaloid hippocampus-accumbens projection. Combined our previous finding also dopamine receptor activation accumbens (Hiroi White, 1989, 1990), it could be suggested terminals are parts neural circuitry mediates
