摘要: Integrin subunit alpha 3 (ITGA3) interacts with a beta 1 to form member of the integrin family. Integrins are heterodimeric integral membrane proteins that serve as cell surface adhesion proteins. In this research, we investigated biological function protein in human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) for first time. Here, using Western blotting and immunohistochemistry assays, discovered ITGA3 was overexpressed ICC lines patients. Moreover, found expression correlated several clinicopathological features, including tumor size, lymph node metastasis, TNM stage. Patients high underwent worse prognosis after complete resection compared patients low terms overall survival. Furthermore, demonstrated could significantly promote proliferation cycle progression vitro. However, classical molecule, negatively migration invasion lines, which differs from other malignant tumors. Generally, these findings suggest may play role potential oncogene suppression establish novel target guiding therapy
