摘要: Abstract The recent rise of distributed generation and self-consumption, together with the unbundling electricity supply chain, sprout opportunity for innovative energy policies that increasingly place end-users as active agents system democratize access to markets. Such is case emerging concepts virtual metering, peer-to-peer trading, shared local network charges, hereby grouped under umbrella policy genre “Prosumer Aggregation Policies”. This paper sets out describe fundamental mechanisms within these concepts, categorize them their impacts, in order guide regulators, decision-makers research community through key steps considerations involved design Prosumer Policies. Based on a comprehensive assessment country experiences showcase real business models pilot projects, it argued prosumer aggregation significantly enhance prosumers’ drivers improve potential market traditional self-consumption policies, ultimately providing all regardless possessing appropriate site or resource conditions. They also address challenges grid operators regarding integration generation, helping minimize impact management.
