摘要: The time-course of ultrastructural changes was studied in mouse liver hepatocytes after i.p. injection lethal (100 micrograms/kg) and sublethal (10 doses the heptapeptide hepatotoxin from Microcystis aeruginosa strain 7820, a freshwater blue-green alga (cyanobacterium). At both dose levels show progressive intracellular over time periods 10, 20, 30, 60 min. resulting were more prominent rapid compared to those dose. most common responses vesiculation rough endoplasmic reticulum, swollen mitochondria degranulation (partial or total loss ribosomes vesicles). These vesicles appear have formed dilated parts reticulum by fragmentation separation. an increased amount whorl shaped along with large membrane-bound vacuoles observed cytoplasm. With increase small cytoplasmic lipid droplets occurred. parallel pathological events which lead animal death hemorrhagic shock.
