Antibody 3G8, specific for the human neutrophil Fc receptor, reacts with natural killer cells.

摘要: Antibody 3G8 reacts with the receptor for Fc fragment of aggregated IgG present on majority neutrophilic granulocytes and a small proportion lymphocytes. In this report, we compare pattern reactivity antibody peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN) that B73.1, which natural killer (NK) cells or molecule functionally associated it. We show same PBL subset detected by B73.1 is responsible virtually all NK cytotoxic activity. The lymphocyte recognized two antibodies has morphology large granular includes neither B nor T cells. Our results indicate PMN express immune complexes, recognize distinct epitopes are preferentially expressed PMN, respectively.
