摘要: The volatile anesthetics halothane, enflurane, and isoflurane are potent myocardial depressants. They cause a concentration-dependent negative inotropic effect in humans, experimental animals, cardiac tissues isolated from variety of mammalian species.1 Their has been attributed to interference with 1) transsarcolemmal Ca2+ influx; 2) uptake release the sarcoplasmic reticulum; 3) sensitivity contractile proteins. purpose this communication is review relative importance decrease intracellular availability myofibrillar brought about by these anesthetics. Our conclusions will be illustrated recent studies intact ventricular muscle, i.e., right papillary muscle ferret.
