摘要: OBJECTIVE. This article will review the multimodality imaging spectrum of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) with an emphasis on anatomic and functional imaging. Recent advances in molecular cytogenetics this tumor impact diagnosis, prognosis, development novel targeted therapy be discussed. CONCLUSION. MTC is a neuroendocrine unique clinicopathologic radiologic features compared other malignancies. Imaging plays important role optimal management malignancy.
