摘要: Objective: To identify potential risk factors associated with pancreatic infection in severe acute pancreatisis (SAP) patients, thus providing evidence for clinical prediction and treatment. Methods: A total of 42 patients SAP collected our hospital from January 2013 to July 2014 were divided into two groups according the presence or absence retrospectively analyzed. Clinical characteristics laboratory examine results including age, sex, APACHE II score, serum amylase, calcium, blood glucose, ALT, AST, hyoxemia, albumin, creatinine urea nitrogen investigated their relevance infection. Results: The overall occurrence secondary was 52.38%. significantly positive correlation revealed between incidence rate (P 0.05). Conclusion: Hyoxemia, are leading while an increase albumin may reduce
