LOSSLESS AUDIO COMPRESSION USING INTEGER MODIFIED DISCRETE COSINE TRANSFORM

摘要: Recently, an MPEG2 AAC [1] based lossless audio codec with the Integer MDCT (IntMDCT) was proposed [2]. The IntMDCT constructed by lifting scheme [3] to hold perfect reconstruction(PR). In this paper, we will evaluate implemented fixed-point arithmetic quantized coefficients in coding. results indicate that there exists a trade-off between computational complexity of and coding efficiency when it is applied one can reduce while certain level maintained scheme.
