摘要: We used indirect ion-selective electrode (ISE) methods (Roche/Hitachi Modular) to investigate the effect of hyperlipidemia (cholesterol plus triglycerides) on measurements sodium, potassium, and chloride ability published formulas correct for decrease in measured Na+, K+, Cl−. As recommended by Kroll (1), we did not use enriched samples but instead 21 patient (lithium-heparin plasma serum) with triglyceride concentrations >15 mmol/L, total lipid triglycerides; Roche/Hitachi >20 a lipemic index (Modular) >3, protein concentration within reference interval (62–83 g/L). analyzed before after ultracentrifugation (Airfuge; Beckman Coulter; 15 min at 107 000 g ) ISE potentiometry direct (Rapidlab 865; Bayer).
