摘要: Transient isotachophoresis–capillary zone electrophoresis with artificial seawater as the background electrolyte (BGE) was improved to further lower limit of detection (LOD) for determination nitrite and nitrate in seawater. By lowering pH BGE, difference between effective mobility that increased, thereby permitting increased sample volumes be tolerated their LOD values decrease. Artificial adjusted 3.0 using phosphate buffer adopted BGE. To reverse electroosmotic flow (EOF), a capillary flushed 0.1 mM dilauryldimethylammonium bromide 3 min before filled Limits (LODs) were 2.7 μg/l (as nitrogen), respectively. The LODs obtained at signal-to-noise ratio 3. Values relative standard deviation (RSD) peak area these ions 2.0 0.75%, respectively, when concentration 0.05 mg/l 0.5 mg/l. RSDs height 4.4 2.3%. RSD migration time 0.19 0.17%. proposed method applied certified reference material nutrients seawater, MOOS-1, distributed by National Research Council Canada. Results agreed assigned tolerance interval. This also collected around Osaka Bay. nearly those conventional spectrophotometric method.
