Leadership for social inclusion in the lives of people with disabilities

摘要: there is widespread espousal that social inclusion important in the lives of people with disabilities 1 , significant progress yet to occur. This article identifies five challenges for those leadership roles: developing a deep sense what concept 'social inclusion' really means; confronting values questions; consciousness community taught through actions services; transforming role services and workers; use theory-based knowledge. The also explores attributes roles, so they are more equipped respond these challenges: ethical moral leadership; combination conceptual clarity, insight, knowledge wisdom; authentic relationships family members; an appreciation history; faith efforts things likely bring dividends.
