摘要: Over more than 20 years of development has led to the substantial progress made in wet chemical synthesis elementary nanoparticle building blocks including metal nanoparticles, quantum dots, and magnetic particles. However, it remains challenging rationally assemble them into well-defined molecule-like architectures. DNA was first used program nanomaterials 1996, recently highly-ordered structures have emerged, finite-number assemblies (nanoparticle molecules), regularly spaced chains polymers) extended two- three-dimensional ordered arrays superlattices). In this review, we largely focus on use grow superlattices. First, typical synthetic approaches characterization methodologies for monodisperse DNA-based superlattices are described; secondly, viable conjugation methods discussed; finally, three representative self-assembly strategies introduced detail.
