摘要: Objectives To compare the recurrence-free survival of partial nephrectomy and radical in patients with non-metastatic pathological T3a renal cell carcinoma. Methods We reviewed records 3567 who had undergone a for carcinoma at five institutions Korea from January 2000 to December 2010. The clinical data 45 group were compared 298 group. effects surgical methods on assessed by multivariate Cox proportional hazard analysis. All comparisons repeated subgroup analysis 63 T1a tumors ≤4 cm. Results During median 43-month follow-up period, disease recurrence occurred two (4.4%) group, 94 (31.5%) results model showed that was significant predictor recurrence. However, included patients, rates not significantly different between cohorts. function better preserved cohort than cohort. Conclusions Partial provides similar outcomes carcinoma. there seems be higher risk large treated small nephrectomy. Thus, same grade could have hidden aggressive features.
