摘要: Ni supported catalysts were prepared by the solid phase crystallization (spc) method starting from hydrotalcite (HT) anionic clay based on [Mg6Al2(OH)16CO3 2−]⋅H2O as precursor. The precursors co-precipitation nitrates of metal components, and then thermally decomposed, in situ reduced to form (spc-Ni/Mg–Al) used for CO2 reforming CH4 synthesis gas. Ni2+ can well replace Mg2+ site hydrotalcite, resulting formation highly dispersed particles spc-Ni/Mg–Al. spc-catalyst thus showed higher activity than those conventional impregnation (imp) such Ni/α-Al2O3 Ni/MgO. When was Mg–Al mixed oxide HT, imp-Ni/Mg–Al not so low Ni/MgO but close that relatively high may be due regeneration HT during preparation, an occurring incorporation seen spc-method. Such effect give rise species afford imp-Ni/Mg–Al.
