摘要: There has been much work concentrated on creating accurate shot boundary detection algorithms in recent years. However a truly method of cut still eludes researchers general. In this we present scheme based stable feature tracking for inter frame differencing. Furthermore, to stabilize the differences and automatically detect global threshold achieve high rate. We compare our against other techniques variety data sources that have specifically selected because difficulties they due quick motion, highly edited sequences computer-generated effects.
