摘要: The present invention relates to an enriched or purified preparation of isolated hippocampal neural progenitor cells and progeny thereof. also a method separating from mixed population cell types tissue. This includes selecting promoter which functions selectively in the cells, introducing nucleic acid molecule encoding fluorescent protein under control said into all tissue, allowing only but not other types, within express protein, identifying that are fluorescent, restricted wherein separated cells.
