摘要: Vesicles and bullae complicating systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) are relatively uncommon. Two young women with SLE presented vesiculobullous eruptions on sun-exposed areas that resembled dermatitis herpetiformis (DH) histologically. There were active visceral manifestations of in both patients, including mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis. Granular deposits IgG and/or IgM, along IgA, demonstrated the basement membrane skin by direct immunofluorescence microscopy. Review fifteen additional cases reported literature suggests this cutaneous manifestation is associated a high incidence IgA The following criteria for diagnosis distinct subset lesions occurring patients proposed: (1) based upon American Rheumatism Association (ARA) criteria; (2) vesicles arising but not limited to skin; (3) histopathology compatible DH; (4) negative indirect circulating zone (BMZ) antibodies; (5) reveals IgM often at BMZ.
