摘要: We present the full source catalogue from Australia Telescope 20 GHz (AT20G) Survey. The AT20G is a blind radio survey carried out at with Compact Array (ATCA) 2004 to 2008, and covers whole sky south of declination 0°. presented here an order magnitude larger than any previous high-frequency sources, includes 5890 sources above flux-density limit 40 mJy. All have total intensity polarization measured GHz, most −15° also near-simultaneous measurements 5 8 GHz. A 1559 were detected in polarized one or more three frequencies. The completeness 91 per cent 100 mJy beam−1 79 50 regions −15°. North −15°, some observations between 14 h right ascension lost due bad weather could not be repeated, so lower this region. Each was visually inspected as part our quality control process, reliability final essentially cent. We detect small but significant population non-thermal that are either undetected only weak detections low-frequency catalogues. introduce term Ultra-Inverted Spectrum describe these which spectral index α(5, 20) > +0.7 constitute roughly 1.2 sample. The flux densities for strongest excellent agreement Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP) 5-year Wright et al., we find WMAP close complete stronger 1.5 Jy 23
