摘要: Abstract The expression of different members the Jun and Fos families transcription factors is rapidly induced following serum stimulation quiescent fibroblasts. To determine whether these proteins are required for cell cycle progression, we microinjected affinity-purified antibodies directed against c-Fos, FosB, Fra-1, c-Jun, JunB, JunD, that recognize either or family proteins, into Swiss 3T3 cells determined their effects in progression by monitoring DNA synthesis. We found microinjection anti-Fos anti-Jun efficiently blocked entrance to S phase serum-stimulated asynchronously growing cells. However, single only partially inhibited In contrast, all three prevented synthesis more effectively than did any antibodies.
