摘要: Over the course of last decade, concept Quality Experience (QoE) has gained strong momentum, both from an academic research and industry perspective. Being linked very closely to subjective perception end user, QoE is supposed enable a broader, more holistic understanding qualitative performance networked communication systems thus complement traditional, technology-centric Service (QoS) perspective. The purpose this chapter twofold: firstly, it introduces reader by discussing origins evolution concept. Secondly, provides overview current state art research, with focus on work that particularly addresses as measurement challenge technology well end-user level.
