摘要: Hypusine is a derivative of lysine which occurs in single cellular protein, eIF-4D1. This unusual basic amino acid was discovered 1971 extracts bovine brain by Shiba and coworkers, who determined its chemical structure as Ne-[4-amino-2-hydroxybutyl]lysine.2 Subsequently, occurrence the free component protein various animal tissues reported.
