摘要: Scientific evidence has shown an association between organochlorine compounds (OCC) exposure and human health hazards. Concerning this, OCC detection in adipose samples to be considered a public priority. This study evaluated the efficacy of various solid-phase extraction (SPE) cleanup methods for determination tissue. Octadecylsilyl endcapped (C18-E), benzenesulfonic acid modified silica cation exchanger (SA), poly(styrene-divinylbenzene (EN) EN/RP18 SPE sorbents were evaluated. The relative sample provided by these columns was using gas chromatography with electron capture (GC–ECD). C18-E strong homogenization found provide most effective cleanup, removing greatest amount interfering substance, simultaneously ensuring good analyte recoveries higher than 70%. Recoveries > 70% standard deviations (SD) < 15% obtained all under selected conditions. Method limits 0.003–0.009 mg/kg range. positive confirmed coupled tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). highest percentage real corresponded HCB, o,p′-DDT methoxychlor, which detected 80 95% analyzed respectively.
