摘要: The objective of this study was to assess the effect clinical depression on pain self-management practices. We employed a cross-sectional analysis baseline data from Stepped Care for Affective disorders and Musculoskeletal Pain (SCAMP) study. Participants included 250 patients with comorbid only were enrolled urban university VA primary care clinics. defined as low back, hip or knee present ≥3 months at least moderate, Brief Inventory severity score ≥5. Depression PHQ-9 ≥10. used multiple logistic Poisson regression relationship between individual combined effects two core skills: exercise duration cognitive strategies.
