摘要: As we are entering the era of precision cosmology, it is necessary to count on accurate cosmological predictions from any proposed model dark matter. In this paper present a novel approach evolution scalar fields that eases their analytic and numerical analysis at background linear order perturbations. We apply method field endowed with quadratic potential revisit its properties as Some results known in literature recovered, better understanding physical provided. It shown Jeans wavenumber defined $k_J = \sqrt{mH}$ directly related suppression perturbations wavenumbers $k>k_J$. also discuss some semi-analytical well satisfied by full solutions obtained an amended version CMB code CLASS. Finally draw implications new treatment equations motion may have prediction for observables.
